Property

During the time we have been on the Island we have made many contacts with people that rent out holiday apartments or from time to time might have properties for sale around the South of Tenerife.

We are developing a facility where we can display these properties so that you can browse and see if there are any that might be of interest to you.  There will never be hundreds of properties included here, only selected ones where we have some kind of connection with the owners, or know and trust the agent that has been asked to handle the property on the owners behalf.

In addition, we work for an organisation called Grand Holidays Club, a fully legal Spanish Management company that has been in the holiday ownership industry since 1992.  They have two resorts in the Canaries, one in Tenerife and one in Fuerteventura with over 4,000 members.  With their affiliation to Interval International, members have access to over 2,400 other resorts worldwide.

We might be able to arrange for you to take a ‘Test Drive’ of their Holiday Membership Club, staying for a week at one of their resorts for a very special price.  As you would imagine, there are Terms and Conditions attached to the Test Drive and you will need to meet with one of their Reps during the holiday so they can show you around the resort and explain how the system could work for you, but the price of the holiday is very worthwhile.
