This studio is situated on the popular and well maintained apart-hotel, Santa Maria, Torviscas and offers a good range of facilities as well as a central location.

With a capacity up to 4 people there are two beds and a sofa-bed, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen.  The terrace has stunning sea views.

The 2nd floor property (don’t worry there is a lift) offers British TV (BBC1, ITV & Sky Sports1) and DVD/CD player.

Whilst staying on the complex you can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool with children’s section, there are plenty of sunbathing terraces, a poolside bar, restaurant, lounge bar, games room, and tennis courts (payable locally).

As well as a 24 hour reception, there is very good security and lifeguards during pool opening times.  There is also a hairdresser, car hire facility and excursion bookings on site and even a small launderette.

Although there are loads of bars and restaurants nearby offering great food and entertainment there is a superb daytime and evening entertainments programme at Santa Maria including children’s events and cabaret shows.

CONDITIONS OF RENT: Holiday rental prices start from only 250 Euros per week.  This does not include the 2010/2011 Christmas and New Year weeks which are 380 Euro per week.

To reserve this property for your holiday we require a 40% deposit, with the balance payable at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment to be made using direct bank transfer.

Transfers from and to the Tenerife South airport can be arranged for an extra 50 Euros for both ways.  Please tell us if this service is required.
