After lots of research when we were looking to buy properties in Tenerife, by pure chance, we were lucky enough to find Wady Properties online.  They made the process simple.  They asked what we were looking for, took us to available apartments, gave us local information and after our first visit, we agreed to buy three apartments in different complexes.  One was brand new and the other two needed refurbished and Wady arranged everything for that too!  A year later, we purchased another apartment, again through Wady, and six years on, we are still delighted with the help we get from Paula in the office, Silvana and all the staff.  They look after our maintenance, our rentals (long and short term) and our cleaning requirements.  We would certainly recommend them to anyone as being UK based, we need trustworthy people in Tenerife and we consider the Wady staff as friends.
