This is embarrassing, I haven’t been able to post for a while as I am having major problems with my main PC at the moment.
It seems that it has been infected by a particularly nasty virus and it is hiding from all attempts to remove it. Talk about frustrating! It somehow seemed to have got into the website at one point and I lost the lot and had to rebuild from back up (thank goodness for back ups, but they never quite work the way you expect them to, do they?). I believe the site is now clear again, although I am reluctant to work on the site from the PC in case it is reintroduced.
The virus seems to have gone after various scans and then ‘bang’ its back again, the PC is going to end up being thrown of the balcony at this rate, I am coming to the end of my tether!
I have a few posts waiting in the wings, not least of all the latest Interview with … article. Thanks for being patient Nikki, hopefully I will be able to publish it very soon.
What do people ‘get’ from introducing these damn viruses?

Hi Dave, yes, I’m afraid you are probably right there. So damned frustrating though! It sharpens the mind a bit and reminds us of how important back up copies are
